Prophets and Friends,

As you know, this is an exciting time for our Order and it is my distinct honor to serve as the 125th Grand Monarch of Grottoes International. For Lady Angelique and I, this incredible journey began 7 years ago when we began traveling extensively in support of the sitting Grand Monarch… and for Grotto. We are forever grateful for the hospitality and the Fellowship shown to us along the way by our Grotto family.

I was born, raised and educated in the great state of Louisiana just across the Mississippi River from New Orleans. In 1994, I relocated to New York City for a slight change in pace. I am Director of Operations of a national law firm headquartered on Madison Ave in New York City with offices in San Diego, Chicago and Nashville. I am delighted to be celebrating my 26th year with the firm.

I received the 3rd degree in the distinguished Independent Royal Arch Lodge No. 2 F.&A.M., Grand Lodge of NY, on April 1, 2004. In 2011, I was lucky enough to be involved with the revival of Azim Grotto No. 7 and in 2013 I served as Monarch of the “Handsomest Grotto in the Realm.” I am a proud past president of the Colonial Grotto Association and Empire State Grotto Association. I also served as Supreme Council District Deputy before running for Grand Captain of the Guard in 2016.

I am excited to announce that the 134th Annual Supreme Council Session will take place in the Big Easy, the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. The motto for my year as Grand Monarch is “Membership and Fellowship,” both vital components to growing and sustaining our Order.

Lady Angelique and I are very proud to announce that our charitable endeavor will be in support of our very own “Leroy’s Boys,” which, by this time, most of you are familiar with. It is a giving opportunity created at the 128th Supreme Council Session and named in honor of our founder, Pro. Leroy Fairchild. It benefits the day-to-day operation of the Supreme Council and the office in Gahanna, Ohio.

I look forward to traveling this Enchanted Realm to visit old and new Grottoes, to meet and welcome new Prophets, and to see many other familiar fezzes (faces) along the way.
